Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Goaccounts.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Description

Goaccounts.ai provides LinkedIn account rental services for outbound sales, content creation, lead generation, and data scraping. Accounts are provided on a monthly rental basis with access via shared login credentials.

We offer two account types: Real accounts (verified LinkedIn accounts with genuine connections) and Warmed accounts (synthetically created and aged 4+ months). Both are provided "as-is" with our account replacement guarantee.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or conduct policies
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Share accounts with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to sell, transfer, or resell accounts to other users
• Use accounts for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Exceed reasonable usage limits set by LinkedIn

LinkedIn account restrictions or bans are a normal part of large-scale outreach and are not considered a breach of our terms.

Payment & Billing

• Accounts are billed monthly in advance
• We accept payment via Stripe, cryptocurrency, and PayPal
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy
• Failed payments will result in account suspension after 3 days
• No long-term contracts required — cancel anytime

Account Replacement Guarantee

If a rented account is restricted by LinkedIn, we will replace it with a comparable account at no extra charge. Replacement typically occurs within 4 business days.

This guarantee applies only to usage that complies with our Acceptable Use policy. We are not liable for restrictions resulting from prohibited activities.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOACCOUNTS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOACCOUNTS.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND BANS ARE INHERENT RISKS OF LINKEDIN AUTOMATION AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE AVOIDED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goaccounts.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms, including any claims that your use of the accounts violates LinkedIn's policies or applicable law.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or long-term commitment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use policy or these terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
