No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This applies to every payment, whatever billing period you choose: monthly, quarterly, 6-month or annual.
Instead of a refund, we may offer you a discount or an extension of your account rental.
How to Ask
Email hello@goaccounts.ai with your name, the email address on your account, the accounts your request is about and what happened. We will reply to you by email.
