Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, place an order, or contact us. This includes:

• Name and email address
• Billing information — processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Messages and correspondence sent via our contact form or Telegram

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, session duration, browser type, and approximate location (city level). This is collected via PostHog analytics.

How We Use Your Data

• To fulfill and manage your account orders
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, account credentials)
• To respond to support requests
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To detect fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Session cookies — required for authentication in the app portal
• Analytics cookies — PostHog, used to understand site usage. No cross-site tracking.
• Support widget — Crisp chat may set a cookie to maintain your conversation session

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect site functionality.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• PostHog — product analytics. Data is stored on PostHog's EU cloud. No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics events by default.
• Crisp — live chat and support. Messages sent via Crisp are stored on Crisp's servers. Crisp's privacy policy: crisp.chat/en/privacy
